To be familiar with the quality management system of the company
·
To maintain proper filing system for the projects and activities
of the company
·
To maintain adequate stocks of stationery for office use and general
supplies
·
To coordinate transportation
·
To make travel arrangements, flights, hotel bookings as required
Technical
Skills
- At least a Graduate.
- A degree in Management will hold you good
- Aggregate percentage of SSC / HSC or equivalent levels
should be above 60 %
- Experience of min 1 year in MNC, Government, Research,
ITO or a Software based organization would an added advantage
- Lebanese or other Arab Nationals would be preferred
- Excellent command over MS Office, Internet and Intranet

Arabic.
