Handling
company key customers

Provides
customer service to customers in order to increase client satisfaction and
portfolio growth.

Researches
new products or services that may enhance relationship with the client or
fulfill the client's short- and long-term research needs.

Indirect selling (cross-selling, up-selling, renewals)
·
Post Sales account management
Technical
Skills
- At least a Graduate.
- A degree in Management will hold you good
- Aggregate percentage of SSC / HSC or equivalent levels
should be above 60 %
- Experience of min 1 year in MNC, Government, Research,
ITO or a Software based organization would an added advantage
- Lebanese or other Arab Nationals would be preferred
- Excellent command over MS Office, Internet and Intranet

Arabic.
