Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day to day team activities and co-ordinate between Business Users, System Analysis, Developers and Testers
• Responsible for Grooming and Mentoring the team
• Responsible for maintaining quality for each release
• Identifying gaps in between understanding requirements to distribution of work at off-shore level
• To ensure that each resource should be aware of the processes and should have the overview of all methodologies
• Support Team in executing projects
• Ensure project initiation and closure are done as per plan and defined process
• Identify resources for project requirements

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology field
• Engineering background ( Graduation in BE / BTech, BSC, BCA / MCA) is a pre-requisite
• Aggregate percentage of SSC / HSC or equivalent levels should be above 60 %
• Experience of over 5 years in Web Application Testing
• Experience OF 2 or more years in Automation
• Experience in leading a team of 5 or more testers for more than a year
• Experience in a Process driven organization
• Familiarity with the Tools used for Bug tracking
• Experience in Security Testing preferred
• Experience in authorizing Test Conditions and Test Cases
• Hands on experience in UNIX, Linux, Win X, C++, COBOL, Oracle, Java, VB and ASP
