Network and Hardware Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

· Accounts management till finalization and reconciliation

· Troubleshooting day-to-day support

· Administration of Windows servers

· Maintain system security on all Windows and Linux servers

· Provide support for the IT Service Desk

· Configure / maintain network peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)

· Daily management of virus application and updates as needed.

· Maintain systems software updates and patches on all systems.

· Install hardware and software upgrades and replacement components as needed. 

· Travel to other company sites on short notice as needed to make emergency repairs.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology field
• Engineering background ( Graduation in BE / BTech, BSC, BCA / MCA) is a pre-requisite
• Aggregate percentage of SSC / HSC or equivalent levels should be above 60 %
• Experience of min 1 year in MNC, Government, Research, ITO or a Software based organization would an added advantage
• Lebanese or other Arab Nationals would be preferred
• Knowledge of Installation & Trouble shooting
• MCSE will be an added advantage
