Roles and Responsibilities

·         Maintain CEO's calendar.

·         Sets up meetings as instructed or as required

·         Open, sort and screen mails

·         Composes and types routine correspondence

·         Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

·         Maintain electronic filing system.

·         Keeps all membership dues of various societies and organizations up to date

·         Maintains confidentiality
