Survey data may be part of a larger database you may have on your members, customers, employees. There are many ways to efficiently integrate survey data into the overall data strategy:

1. Pre-populate known data about survey subjects. This will make survey shorter and ensure accuracy. Example: pre-load demographic data that is not likely to change.
2. Build list of those being surveyed dynamically from your email database.
3. Write survey responses back into your internal database to keep such information most up-to-date. E.g. Lead qualification can be automated by emailing prospects a survey with qualifying questions.
