Survey Options: Opt-Out Notification

Not everyone wants to take surveys. It could be that they don’t have the time at the moment or that they are fundamentally against participating in surveys altogether.

As a part of your survey distribution, Survey Administrators have the ability to allow your respondents to opt-out of the survey or opt-out of future surveys permanently.

You can fully customize your “opt-out” message with standard Microsoft Word formatting and save “opt-out” messages for future use.

When someone opts-out, this obviously lowers response rates for online surveys, however, it is a best-practice to employ and positions your company/organization as an entity that considers the feelings of its stakeholders.
