Survey Options: Get Survey Invites Past Spam Filters

Many surveys are caught as Spam because someone else’s server is sending email on your behalf, pretending to be your mail server. It’s a technique called “Spoofing” and is legitimate, except that it’s the first signature of Spam email.

To address this problem, we built a solution called “Trusted Email Relay”, which essentially allows the Survey Administrators to email survey invites and bypass the Spam filter.

This feature helps to make sure that Survey Administrators are reaching their respondents and that response rates for surveys are higher.
