Survey Options: HTML or Plain Text

With the flexibility to select the format of the email invite sent to your respondents, you’ll be able to ensure successful survey distribution.

HTML: Administrators can email survey invites with an HTML link and respondents will receive an HTML email with a link to access the survey.

Plain Text: Administrators can also choose to email survey invites with a link to the survey, if your respondents are only able to receive plain text email due to Spam settings on their computer.

Email-Embedded: Lastly, you can choose to send an email with the survey embedded in the invitation itself. In this way, your respondent does not have to click on a link to access the survey. However, since certain mail systems have specifications as to how much HTML can be allowed in an incoming email, we encourage you to speak with a Strategic Account Manager before using this option, as it depends heavily on the respondent audience.
