Within the Pivot Table and Cross Tab Reports, displaying survey data in this survey report can be done with only Counts, Percentages by Column, Percentages by Row, or a combination of these.

You can also specify the number of decimals that appear with the percentages down to zero and add commentary to your survey report that may help guide its viewers.

With a cross tab or pivot report, users can remove percentages and view counts only, or remove counts and only view the percentages.

This is useful because when there are many responses, analyzing percentages of the total is quick and easy. Conversely, when there are fewer responses, it may be more straightforward to simply look at counts.
