Survey Question Type: Multiple Select List Box

What it does- This survey question type displays answers in a compact format below the question, and allows for multiple answers to be selected.

When to use: This question type is used during survey design when the Survey Administrator has many different answer choices to be selected.

Advantages: The scroll-down menu conserves valuable survey space and allows more than one option to be selected, which increases the information base with which to draw insight.

Disadvantages: Survey questions of this type should not be used when trying to extract open-ended information or trying to gain insight on the rating or rank of a particular survey issue.
