Survey Question Type: Multiple Text Box

What it does- This type of survey question allows the Survey Administrator to provide text box fields under the banner of a single question.

When to use: This question type should be used when the Survey Administrator wants the respondent to provide answer(s) to a question.

Advantages: Utilized during survey design, this type of question allows respondents to elaborate on their answers with open-ended information.

Disadvantages: Survey questions of this type should not be used when trying to extract information on the ranking or rating of a particular issue, or when trying to get information from a multiple-choice question.
