There may be some survey participants whose email addresses your company or organization won’t possess.

For these instances, our “Offline Invite” feature makes it possible for your survey research to include people whose email addresses you don’t have but who’s mailing addresses are on a newsletter or direct mailer.

This feature generates a unique password that is printed on your mailing labels. When people receive their invites through the mail they can still participate in the survey by going to the survey’s web address and entering their unique key.
