Before the Survey Process BeginsWebinars to Enhance Product KnowledgeOnline Training: Webinars A dedicated Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will walk trainees through each report in a web meeting that allows trainees to see exactly what the SAM is doing within the online survey software, as well as hear him or her speak as they are doing it. Part I: Crawl to Create This 75 minutes session is held every Tuesday and teaches users how to add questions, choose survey types, customize and email surveys. Part II: Walk to Customize This 60 minute training is held every Wednesday and covers piping, branching (skip logic), intelligent looping, and other custom features within our online survey software. Part III: Run to Launch This 60 minute training is held every Thursday and covers customizing invitations/reminders, sending/scheduling invitations/reminders, tracking of participation via the Distribution Report, Mail Merge capabilities, and how to avoid survey fatigue. Part IV: Regroup to Report This 60 minute session is held every Friday and provides an overview of running all of our 11 out-of-box reports. Trainees will also gain knowledge on the type of survey research analysis each report offers and when they are best used in particular situations. |
