This is a powerful feature that allows the Survey Administrator to shorten survey length by pre-populating information already known about survey participants so you can omit questions related to personal or contact information.

An added bonus is the personalization effect. Survey participants appreciate the fact that you can use their first name or some other personal information in a survey. They are then able to relate to you better because it brings your company/organization down to their level.
