Coordinate Survey Users within Organization
Silo vs. Collaboration Surveying
Island View vs. Complete Data Sharing
Traditionally, organizations who conducted survey initiatives deposited
their information in separate, departmental data warehouses that weren’t
easily accessed by other involved internal parties.
Everyone was on their own data “island”, with no meaningful connections able
to be formed through a shared data flow.
This type of feedback management is inefficient at building
organization-wide consensus, and limits the amount of insight that can be
realized from survey data analysis.
Now, more companies and organizations are realizing that a consolidated,
centralized approach to collecting, managing, and using feedback can add
value and reduce operating costs.
