Send Survey Reminders

As part of your survey distribution strategy, this feature allows for the Survey Administrator to send an email to serve as a survey reminder to people who have not yet participated in the survey.

By sending survey reminders only to non-participants, they can be urged with greater intensity to complete the survey, and also have the benefits of participation in the survey reiterated to them, thereby ensuring a higher response rate.
