Good survey etiquette would dictate that sending too many survey
invitations to individuals who have taken at least one of your web surveys
already can overwhelm them and prevent continued interest in participating.
That is why Zarca implemented Touch Rules Management. This powerful feature
keeps track of how many invitations to web surveys have been sent to an
individual and how many surveys they’ve already taken.
After a pre-set number of invitations sent within a given time or a
particular number of surveys taken, respondents won’t receive any more
invites for a specific amount of time.
By applying Touch Rules, Survey Administrators will notice a clear increase
in response rates for surveys. Administrators aren’t in danger of creating
survey fatigue and at the same time are preserving their survey
relationships.
