Maximize Convenience to Survey Respondents

Shortened Surveys: Branching

Shorten Survey Length: Branching

The Branching technique is a form of “skip-logic” that routes the respondent through a survey based on how the respondent answered previous questions. Branching shortens surveys by bypassing questions that are irrelevant to a particular respondent.

By using the Branching feature, the Survey Administrator can route each respondent through the survey along a path that extracts additional relevant information based on answers provided. By skipping questions, the survey respondent will only see questions that are pertinent to his/her situation.

Branching, and other advanced survey design features make a solid contribution to increased response rates for surveys through cutting survey length to a minimum that allows respondents to complete surveys quicker and with higher frequency.
