Increase Response Rates with a Short Survey

Data Pre-Population

This is a powerful feature that allows the Survey Administrator to conserve precious survey space by shortening survey length through pre-populating already-known information about the respondent. There are three options for pre-populating data:

1. Pre-populate hidden: Hidden pre-populated questions are not seen by the respondent. They are seen by the survey creator and in the reports section, but are NOT seen by the survey participant.
2. Pre-populate read only: Read only pre-populated questions are those that the respondent can see, but cannot edit.
3. Pre-populated editable: Editable pre-populated questions are those that are seen by the respondent and are also available for editing. This option allows customers to easily update information like their address, phone number, etc. via surveys.

This feature also has a hand in strengthening survey relationships between Administrators and respondents because participants see the personal touch added when their personal information that was previously collected is being used in a new, interactive setting.

This sense of rapport leads to a higher degree of survey confidence and survey trust on the part of the respondent.
