Technical Support

A dedicated technical support team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Clients with issues falling outside of this time frame can fill out a on-line Support Inquiry Form, and one of our specialists will attend to the problem and contact the client the next day.

Technical issues may include, but are not limited to:

  • Problems logging-in
  • Problems sending out surveys
  • Problems receiving surveys/responses
  • Features not working properly
  • Request for more surveys or sub-account users
  • Invitation/reminder formatting/customization
  • Problems exporting or importing data
