Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate abilities in leading and guiding project
teams to deliver projects to clients within specified timeframe and as per
specifications
- Directing all aspects of daily operations to
individuals and ensuring smooth functioning of the same
- Ensure that the network and the infrastructure are up
and running and as a whole provides a high degree of reliability and
availability
- Establishing work priorities and procedures to ensure
that daily work flow requirements and project deadlines are met
- Providing Technical Support to every department,
conducting weekly meetings with management and users to discuss the status
for peaceful workflow of the system
- Responsible for Grooming and Mentoring the team
- To ensure that each resource should be aware of the
processes and should have the overview of all methodologies
- Determine problem areas that exist in the team and
identify opportunities to improve the team skill set
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems or related technology field
- Engineering background ( Graduation in BE / BTech, BSC, BCA
/ MCA) is a pre-requisite
- Aggregate percentage of SSC / HSC or equivalent levels should be above 60 %
- More than 7+years of experience in IT
- Experience required in Network Security / Data
Security / Data Centre
- Experience in Managing Web Application in
Hosting Environment over 4 + yrs
- Should have managed a Large Network
- Should have managed an IT Team of 5 +
members for at least 2 yrs

- Identify the best resources for the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate with the team or others to
reconcile difference if any

the most appropriate one

organized and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Must be a team player and
should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a person who is very
positive and enjoys to work
- Willingness to re-locate
