Feedback Solutions: Folder Management
This feature allows the user to store data in designated folders. The Administrator can access surveys and share data via titled folders, as well as re-locate surveys between folders.
This allows the user to better manage survey projects and access a categorized, enterprise wide log of all surveys. By accessing folders via all manager tabs, users have the ability to quickly locate, edit, distribute, or analyze surveys.
Get organized by utilizing folders
Add - Edit Folder
- Click on any Manager tab
- Go to “My Folders”
- Select “Add” or “Edit”
- Create or delete a folder, or re-name an existing folder
Move to
- Click on the Survey Manager tab
- Click on the desired survey
- Select [ Move to ] option
- Click on the desired folder
