Survey Question Type: Horizontal Radio Button

What it does- This survey question displays all answers horizontally below the question, and only one answer selection can be made.

When to use: This question type is used when the Survey Administrator has few answer choices and wants only one answer to be selected.

Advantages: Employed in survey design, this question type conserves space in your survey, making it more likely that participants will respond (i.e. higher response rates).

Disadvantages: Survey questions of this type should not be used when trying to extract open-ended information, when trying to gain insight on the rank or rating of a particular issue, or when you want a respondent to be able to select more than one answer.
