The Technical Support Team serves to provide answers to inquiries about the 
Zarca platform and works to understand client initiatives in order to provide 
the best "how-to" advice/information available.
Technical Support is available via telephone or email to any client who 
participates in the first component of our training curriculum. Once the course 
is complete, users can avail of unlimited Technical Support without incurring
