Shortened Surveys

This valuable feature pre-populates, or pre-fills a survey with known information about respondents like:

• Name
• Company
• Title
• Contact Information

+Pre-Population offers convenience to survey participants by:

• Pre-filling information instead of asking additional questions
• Shortens survey completion time

There are three types of pre-population in Zarca surveys:

1. Pre-populate hidden:
   • Questions not seen by respondents
   • Questions seen by creator and in Reports section


2. Pre-populate read-only:
   • Can be seen by respondents, but not edited
   • Questions also seen by creator and in Reports section


3. Pre-populate editable:
   • Respondent can view and edit questions
   • Respondents can update contact and other info
