Horizontal radio button questions are similar to the previously mentioned
radio buttons, except that all answer options are displayed horizontally,
not vertically, below the question.
Best used when:
- There are only a few answer choices
- Only one answer will be selected
Advantages:
- Conserves space
- Increases response rates
Limitations:
- Yields only close-ended data
- No ranking or rating data
- Respondent chooses only one answer
- Displays only a few answer options
